'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Fans Letter

I am shocked by Danny Wilson`s treatment of Wiseman who along with Cranie have been the standout performers this season.

Our defeat against Coventry can be put down to Wilson dropping Wiseman, with an out of position Cranie`s pace desperately missed when 2 innocuous through balls left our sluggish centre halves exposed.

Based on his performances this season Cranie would have had the pace to deal with both. In addition we lost all attacking threat down the right hand side with Cranie getting a nosebleed if he crossed the half way line & constantly drifting inside. This left acres for O`Brien to cover in the right back slot again reducing our attacking threat.

Hassell has been embarrassed by pace the last few times he has played at full back & is a young inexperienced lad from Liverpool really a better option than Wiseman? I know he`s not a fans favourite having quite rightly ousted Sir Bobby from the full back slot but he has been a model professional to come through all the abuse from the "ORA"& continue to produce so consistently.

Is Wilson pandering to the crowd or has something happened behind the scenes?

I'm with you wiseman's been excellent, it's ramage we need shut of! He's slow always trying to hang spare causing fullbacks to have to cover inside. His distribution is poor & his positioning leaves a lot to be desired. Wiseman did a job centrally last year crainey & has been solid this year at full back. There are many more in that squad that needed moving out long before him!

Maybe he's doing an undercover job for Sheff United. Trying to get us relegated by using risky tactics. THIS IS NO TIME FOR RISKS LIKE THAT DANNY
