Tykes Transfer Rumours - Palace Look At Mellis

Crystal Palace have expressed an interest in Barnsley midfielder Jacob Mellis and are considering making a bid.

Palace Value Mellis at around 600,000 but see the potential he has and believe he could thrive in the Premier League with the style of play more suited to his game than the style in the Championship.

Barnsley will want a lot more than 600,000 if they are to let Mellis go and I don`t think Palace will want to spend too much on someone who might not be a regular starter.

I see this as a none starter and Mellis to still be at Barnsley when the August transfer window closes.
