Sir Bobby Signs Barnsley Contract

Bobby Hassell has finally put pen to paper on a one year contract with Barnsley.

The deal will see Hassell play his tenth season at the club and with it will come a testimonial.

The hold up in the signing of the contract was due to busy summer for Hassell with his wife in and out of hospital expecting their fourth child.

Hassell has also been taking his coaching badges so had little time for contract negotiations until now.

News of this deal will no doubt delight the Oakwell faithful and Hassell will get the benefit year he deserves for his committed displays for the reds over ten years.
