Flicker on Danny Drinkwater

I have just listened to David Flitcroft speak a lot of sense and in a great manner around the time he spent working with Danny Drinkwater.

Here is what Flicker told Barnsley Player:

Leicester have the heartbeat of the team which is Drinks

Do you suppose Keith and I take any pride in seeing what Danny Drinkwater has become?

You get massive pride I see Alf Le Fondre, Will Buckley,Chris O'Grady, Tom Kennedy and Kelvin Etuhu. Any player you have worked with if you see them better themselves that's what coaching about.

With Drinks I think he lost is way at Man Utd and Maybe fell victim of Tom Cleverley's success. He was always on a par with Clevs if not the shining star at Man Utd. He came to Oakwell and found a home. I remember a conversation with drinks about money do the right thing with the money, buy you mum a car. 2 Weeks later he did and said it was the best feeling he ever had.

Drinks is the heartbeat of the Leicester team, he will play in the prem.

Flicker you're amazing and talk such sense. It is so apparent you are a great man manager. Patrick get the long team deal typed up!

He's a very good football man, talks a lot os sense and is obviously proud when a young lad he's worked closely with does well..! Wednesday did a bit of a 'Dick Turpin' act on Saturday, but a great result yesterday, to keep things very interesting...just wish the other teams would stop winning, at this rate it's any 3 from 13 to go down, just hope we're clear before the last game, not sure the old ticker could handle a last game decider..?

Could end up being last game with both teams needing to win.

I'm thinking it will be last game nerves for possibly 7 or 8 clubs at least! the Huddersfield game could indeed be crucial..? (hopefully we'll be safe by then though).
Engleberthumbertyke
I hope we are safe by then but I'm not sure we will be. I'm confident we will keep up our good form but the others are winning as well.
