Barnsley No Longer Victims
Barnsley boss David Flitcroft has put the clubs turnaround in form down to one small change he has made. This change is that Barnsley are no longer victims.
Flicker feels that had become the culture at the club and that the players and fans were beginning to feel like victims.
Flicker won`t allow anyone to think like that and insists he is not a victim and neither are the players so they shouldn`t act and feel like they are.
The turnaround under Flicker has been remarkable and I am now beginning to believe survival is possible.
The task is still difficult especially with all of the teams around us picking up points but all we can do is worry about ourselves.
