Scotland Set To Sign

Scotland Set To Sign

Barnsley have verbally agreed a deal to sign striker Jason Scotland.

The paper work should all be signed by tomorrow and Scotland will sign a contract with the reds until the end of the season.

Flicker speaking to BBC radio Sheffield said 'He came to watch us at Hull on Saturday and he loved the resilience and the resolve. This is a guy who isn`t interested in money; he just feels he has something to offer a Championship team.`

Although I doubt Scotland still has what it takes to make an impression in the reds survival fight, at least it`s another body through the door and gives Flicker four strikers at his disposal.

I would still like to see another one come in whether it be before the deadline or a loan signing afterwards.

Came to watch us at Hull. Flickers decision, lets see what his recruitment skills are like. Motivate Scotland and get 18 good months out of him??? Walking along singing a song, Walking in a Flicker wonderland

Great debut, a goal with his second touch.
