2012 a Travesty
Barnsley manager gave an honest assessment of results in 2012 when he described them as a travesty.
Hill still believes he is the right man for the club and the long term project set out by Patrick Cryne whether or not the club is relegated.
He admits relegation isn`t part of the plan and is striving to improve results and sees January as the perfect opportunity to freshen up the squad.
Hill spoke of recycling players in January which means that new faces will come in and fringe players will go out. I also fear that the club will be offering the out of contract players Steele and Davies to other the clubs for the right amount of money.
