Davies Gets Wales Call

Davies Gets Wales Call

Barnsley striker Craig Davies has been rewarded for his early season form with a call up to the Wales squad. He replaces the injured Craig Bellamy in the squad for the world cup qualifying matches against Scotland and Croatia.

The 26 year old has already bagged eight goals this season. Four of those were in the space of 19 second half minutes away at Birmingham City.

It is the strikers` first call up to the Wales squad for four years. He will be hopeful of adding to the five caps that he already has.
