O'Brien's Going Nowhere
After reports linking him to a move back north of the border this week, Jim O'Brien has confirmed that he isn't moving anywhere soon.
The Scottish winger was linked to Hearts this week but quashed the rumours in The Star, telling them that perhaps someone has got their wires crossed: 'The things is, my cousin is signing for Hearts, so maybe somebody's put two and two together and come up with a rumour.'
O'Brien has made 33 appearances for the Reds in the league and cup this season despite struggling to hold down a first team place even after the exit of winger Adam Hammill.
He said: 'I've still got another year on my contract at Barnsley, I'm here until the end of next season. I'm not thinking about going anywhere right now.'
