Reds Release Striker

Reports in Argentina suggest Jeronimo Morales Neumann has signed for his former club, Instituto de Córdoba.

Jeronimo has not started a game for the Reds and many fans had started to suspect the little attacker was part of a deal to persuade Hugo Colace to re-sign at Oakwell.

Neumann returns to the Primera B Nacional club after only five appearances from the bench.

Upon his arrival in the Summer, Tykes manager Mark Robins described him as an ''unknown quantity'' and that quote still stands true for Reds fans today.
