Paul Hayes Back At Barnsley

Barnsley boss Mark Robins has moved to bring in more attacking options to freshen up his squad before the game on Saturday.

Ex-Barnsley striker Paul Hayes has returned to Oakwell on an emergency loan deal until January 1st 2011, with the view to a permanent deal.

Hayes joined Preston North End in the summer from Scunthorpe United, where he had been since he left Barnsley back in 2007, but has found first team opportunities at the Lancashire club hard to come by, particularly with Iain Hume in fine form during his loan spell with the Lilywhites.

Hayes will go straight into the squad for Saturday's game against Hull City, live on Sky.
