Blades Want Boggy

Blades Want Boggy

Once again, the 'biggest club in South Yorkshire' want what we've got. Ashley Ward, Kyel Reid, Chris Morgan, Brian Howard. Add to that list now Daniel Bogdanovic.

According to The Star, Sheffield United are in the running to sign Barnsley's top scorer this summer, after the striker leaves Oakwell when his current deal expires.

The 30 year old Maltese international bagged 14 goals this season for the Tykes but refused an offer of a new contract.

Vital Barnsley did predict that 'Daniel will join a fellow Championship club. One with a little more money, a better reputation and better prospects of promotion. But a move to Sheffield United wouldn't surprise me either.'

That would be a shame, to see another ex Reds favourite turn to the Dark Side for money but that's the norm these days. Hopefully his career won't go the wrong way at Bramall Lane like Brian Howard.
