Doncaster Rovers last won at Oakwell in 2005 in the Football League Trophy, when they beat Barnsley 5-2, with two goals from Lewis Guy, one from Richard Offiong and both Antony Kay and Neil Austin putting through their own net.

The Reds biggest victory has been a three goal margin and has occurred four times, the most recent at Oakwell in 2008 when they came back from 1-0 down with 10 men to coast to a very satisfying 4-1 scoreline. Jamal Campbell-Ryce, Jon Macken and Iain Hume added to Stephen Foster`s second half equaliser.
