Which position needs strengthening this January?
This week your votes have been cast on the position that Barnsley need to strengthen the most this January in the transfer window.
It wasn't a very close contest at all really and the attack runs away with the majority of votes at 50%.
Here are the results in full:
Attack 50%
Defence 23%
Midfield 18%
Goal Keeper 9%
The results clearly indicate that while the Reds have scored more after 25 games this season than any other season at the same point since they returned to the Championship, it's still not enough and you the fans want more attacking threat from your team.
But with Michael Coulson shipped out on loan and Onome Sodje transfered to Slovakia because they can't even get on the bench it looks unlikely that Robins will add a fifth striker into the mix having also offloaded the surplus to requirements Kayode Odejayi.
