Reds Loan Stars In Action

Reds Loan Stars In Action

Barnsley have four players in action this weekend. Their loan stars will be playing games all across the country in the Blue Square Premier and the F.A. Cup.

Kayode Odejayi has been in fine form at his new club Colchester after joining on loan in September for three months. He has scored five goals since his move, including a brace against Charlton Athletic. This weekend, he faces Bromley with the U`s in the First Round of the F.A. Cup.

Michael Coulson will travel to Grays Athletic with the Blue Square Premier`s bottom team Chester City on Saturday. Chester are on minus seven points, a massive 22 points away from safety. He played 90 minutes in Chester`s 3-1 win over AFC Wimbledon on Saturday.

High flyers Kettering haven`t lost in nine games and will face Hartlepool United in the F.A. Cup 1st Round this Saturday. Simon Heslop recently joined them on loan from the Reds and has been playing well at the heart of their midfield.

Martin Devaney will face League 2 opposition in Macclesfield on Saturday, also in the F.A. Cup. Devaney joined the Dons last week on a month`s loan and played almost the full game when they beat Bristol Rovers at home.
