Reds loan 'keeper
Barnsley manager Mark Robins has swooped to sign Polish goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski from League One outfit Southampon on an emergency loan deal.
The 22-year-old has signed until next Monday after the Reds' current number one stopper, David Preece, injured his ankle during Barnsley 5-2 defeat at Loftus Road on Saturday.
Bialkowski will be thrown straight in at the deep end as the Tykes welcome Roberto Di Matteo's West Brom to Oakwell tonight, and then Roy Keane's Ipswich side on Saturday.
The young goalie is guaranteed to step in between the posts for Barnsley, with Academy youngster Tom Rusling deemed too young to be cast straight into the side.
