Robins Puts Red Devils Test On Back Burner

Robins Puts Red Devils Test On Back Burner

Speaking to the club's official website, Barnsley manager Mark Robins has expressed his excitement at being drawn to play his old club at Oakwell in the next round of the League Cup: 'It's a great draw for us. It should be a full house.' Robins commented further, about the money it will bring in, 'It's always a good game when you play against Manchester United, it creates a lot of interest. Hopefully it will bring some revenue in to us.'

However Robins has insisted that the Reds have much more pressing matters to attend to before they can think about all the excitement the cup brings, namely the league. He told the club's official website: 'I'd certainly swap it for a few points on the board right now.'

Barnsley face Manchester United in the League Cup Fourth Round in the week beginning October 26th. The club are yet to release any information on ticketing.
