Doctor for Foster
Barnsley captain Stephen Foster is set to spend a lengthy spell on the sidelines as the defender needs a hernia operation.
Twenty-eight year-old Foster is probably going to be out of Saturday's clash at Norwich.
A disgruntled Simon Davey told barnsleyfc.co.uk:
'He has been in terrible pain for the last few days and has been to see a specialist in Leicester. It looks like he will probably need to have an operation next week.
'It will be a blow but the surgeons are telling us that he could possibly be back in training within 12 days. He could even possibly be back playing in three weeks.'
