Barnsley to go Argie bargie?

Hugo Roberto Colace to sign for the Reds?

As used to the exotic names as Barnsley fans are, wouldn't it be nice to have the name 'Hugo Roberto Colace' on the back of your new home shirt?

It seems Simon Davey is set to rely on yet another foreign player to solve his defensive midfield problem.

With Andy Johnson and Sam Togwell on the transfer list, it appears that Davey will turn to Colace to fill in the gap left by Anderson de Silva - another exotic name!

Twenty-four year old Colace currently plays for Brazilian side Flamengo. He has represented Argentina at under-20 level in the FIFA World Youth Championship.

The 5ft 10" midfielder has clocked up almost eighty career appearances so far.

You got him in the end then. You are showing some ambition this year.
