Barnsley to take on Blades

Barnsley have added another team to play in their pre-season fixtures, the Chengdu Blades.

The Chinese side will arrive at Oakwell on August 2nd for a 3pm kick off- ticketing arrangements yet to be confirmed.

Former Everton and Sheff Utd midfielder Li Tie is expected to line-up against the Tykes, as well as highly respected attacker, Wan Song.

Bit of a weird once, must be on a tour of England as part of the deal with Sheff Utd. Didn't know Lie Tie was there now.

Any idea what the price is likely to be chaps, as it is a ground my lad has not been to, and this seems a good chance to tick another one off the list?

probably a fiver for kids - tenner for adults. thats what it was last year. but - with the new "stronger together" campaign - it might, and i say might, be a little bit cheaper.
