Who is travelling in what direction?
Derby have been rammed back down to the Championship, Forest have grown well and clinched promotion on the last day. Whilst Swansea swam easily to clinch the League One title.
Three more places remain and two will be decided today as the trapdoor from the Premier League to the Championship remains open.
Who cares about winning titles and glamorous trips to continental Europe? When real football is a wintry trip to a windswept Blackpool on a splendid Tuesday night!
Birmingham, Reading and Fulham are the three teams who will battle it out to stay in arguably the best league in the world. Alex McLeish and Steve Coppell will be the ones sweating like ice cubes in the sun, the City and Royals bosses are aware that even a win against Blackburn and Derby respectively might not be enough to ensure survival should Fulham beat Pompey at Fratton Park.
Fulham were all but written off back in January, but Roy Hodgson has worked wonders in digging the tunnel to lead his side`s great escape.
The third and final place will be Doncaster Rovers, Leeds Utd, Carlisle Utd or Southend Utd. Surely reds fans will be hoping either Donny or Leeds will succeed at Wembley so another Yorkshire fixture will be set up for next season.
